Everything you need to know about Watsu

1. Do I need to know how to swim?  

No you do not need to know how to swim.  You will be held the entire time with floats places on your thighs.  

2. Will by head go underwater? 

Your face will stay above water the entire session, however your ears will go in and out so ear plugs are recommended. 

3. Will I be cold? 

The temperature of the pool is 35 degrees so you stay nice and warm!

4. What do I need to bring? 

All you need to bring is a swim suit and a towel.  You can take a cleansing shower before coming, or arrive early to shower at the facility.
